Our Ingredients

At Henry’s Farm to Table, we draw open the legendary bounty of the Hudson River Valley, sourcing as many ingredients as possible from local farms and artisan food producers and purveyors. Cheese, meats, and poultry come from nearby farms such as Coach Farm, Taliaferro Farms and John Fazio Farms. Many organic fruits, vegetables, and herbs are grown on-site at our Millstone Farm. Those that are not grown at Millstone come from right down the road at the seventh generation owned and operated Hepworth Farm. At Henry’s local isn’t a trend, it’s a mantra. Buttermilk Falls Inn and Spa

Diners are invited to enjoy the grounds of Buttermilk Inn + Spa and Millstone Farm with a pre- or post-meal stroll. A network of trails leads to breathtaking views of the Hudson River, flowering gardens, babbling brooks, the property’s impressive eponymous falls, enchanting ponds, fecund orchards, and verdant organic growing plots. During a Millstone Farm walkabout, diners encounter a captivating collection of livestock – heritage chickens, peacocks, angora goats, llamas, and alpacas.
